Maple-Spiced Pumpkin Pie with Pecan Crumble

Ingredients:

1 (15 oz.) can pure pumpkin puree

1 cup heavy cream

3 large eggs

3/4 cup packed light brown sugar

1 tsp ground cinnamon

1/2 tsp ground nutmeg

1/4 tsp ground cloves

1/4 tsp ground ginger

1/4 tsp salt

1/2 cup pure maple syrup

1 pre-made pie crust

Pecan Crumble:

1/2 cup chopped pecans

1/4 cup packed light brown sugar

2 tbsp butter, room temperature

Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Place the pre-made pie crust in a 9-inch pie dish.

In a large bowl, mix together the pumpkin puree, heavy cream, eggs, sugar, spices, salt, and maple syrup until smooth.

Pour the filling into the pie crust and bake for 40 minutes.

While the pie bakes, mix the pecans, sugar, and butter until crumbly.

Sprinkle the pecan crumble over the pie and bake for another 10-15 minutes or until set.

Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a large bowl, combine apples, sugar, flour, cinnamon, salt, vanilla, and caramel sauce.

Pour the apple mixture into the pie crust.

For the topping, combine flour, brown sugar, and butter until crumbly. Sprinkle over the pie filling.

Bake for 45-55 minutes or until the crumb topping is golden brown and the filling is bubbly.

Cool slightly before drizzling with extra caramel sauce. Serve warm for a melt-in-your-mouth treat!

Chocolate-Bourbon Pecan Pie

Ingredients:

1 cup white sugar

1 cup light corn syrup

1/2 cup butter

4 eggs, beaten

1/4 cup bourbon

1 tsp vanilla extract

1/4 tsp salt

1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

1 cup chopped pecans

1 pre-made pie crust

Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).

In a saucepan, combine sugar, corn syrup, and butter. Cook over medium heat until the butter melts and the sugar dissolves, stirring constantly. Remove from heat.

In a large bowl, combine eggs, bourbon, vanilla, and salt. Gradually add the sugar mixture, stirring until blended. Stir in chocolate chips and pecans.

Pour the mixture into the pie crust.

Bake for 50 to 55 minutes, or until set and golden. Cool before serving.
