A cafe’s approach to the classic diner, Nudy’s Cafe has quickly become a mainstay of Fayette Street. A family run establishment, Ray Nudy’s cafe focuses on simple, healthy food that benefits the body as much as the taste buds.
For brunch, try the “Best Ever” Carrot Cake French Toast, which certainly lives up to its name. There’s also the Jumbo Lump Crabmeat and Tomato omelet, and the California Benedict: two poached eggs with tomatoes and avocado, topped with hollandaise sauce served on an English muffin with home fries.
